1. What is the difference between phone and Skype readings and what is Skype?
The absolute exact same information comes through over the phone as "Face-to-Face" via Skype.
The quality of the reading is in no way compromised when done over the phone or by Skype.
Both individual and group readings may be done by phone  or "Face-to-Face" via Skype from anywhere in the US.

3. I had a reading and want my friends/family to have one. Can I refer them to you?
We appreciate all referrals. Many people want their loved ones to experience the tremendous healing and sense of peace a reading can bring. We appreciate and encourage referrals - as long as those you want to refer are open to the Mediumship process. If someone is very skeptical and only wants the Medium to PROVE their abilities, they may not be the best candidate for a reading. In fact, the reading is what we call a NO READING. The client is sometimes so skeptical and closed, they are not open to the information coming through and it is very draining on the Medium and a poor experience for the client.
Please make sure your referrals are open like yourself and want the reading on their own accord, not because you want them to. This applies to GROUP readings as well. Thank you!  

4. What if I want a second or third private or group reading?
Almost every single person who experiences a reading immediately asks, "When can I do this again?"
While it is completely natural to want to 'hear more' from your departed loved ones, in the world of Mediumship, it is important to not become dependent upon the Medium and to allow time for old information to 'sink in' and for new information to come through.
Therefore, readings for any one person or group are offered no more than twice a year - or every 6 months. Thank you for your understanding.

5.  I did a lot of research and other Mediums charge anywhere from $200 - $1000 per hour/per reading! Why are your readings so affordable?
We believe finding the peace and healing a reading can bring should be available to everyone - not only to those that can afford to spend hundreds of dollars. Readings are $50 per hour because we feel readings are a gift, not a service.  Proceeds are passed along to charity.

6. What charities are the proceeds donated to?
We believe strongly in giving back and use this healing work to help great causes. 100% of proceeds received are passed along to charities such as St. Jude for Children, Make a Wish Foundation, American Cancer Society, ASPCA & Alzheimer's Association.

8. Is it normal to feel very anxious/nervous before my reading?
YES! It is completely natural, especially if you have never experienced a reading before, to be nervous about what will happen, what will be said, etc. Rest assured that most people feel very at peace and calm and happy after a reading!

9. What is it like communicating with spirits?
It is not like a normal conversation between living beings. Only bits and pieces of information, words, names, facts, images, etc come through and it's the Medium's job to deliver that information as objectively and as clearly as possible. In fact, a reading is a 3 way conversation between you, the Medium and your loved ones. Your loved ones know that the bits and pieces they do get through will make sense to YOU, even if not to the Medium. It is a VERY difficult task and takes a lot of energy for your loved ones to communicate with the Medium. It's all out of love for you!

11. What's the difference between Group Reading Events and Group Demonstrations?
At Group Reading Events, seating is limited so each participant is guaranteed a reading. At Group Demonstrations, seating is not limited, everyone cannot be guaranteed a reading however, as many people as possible are read. Also, 3 FREE Private Readings are raffled off at each Group Demonstration!
